Propel Health Taking Part in POLITICO’s Live Event “Aging In America”

Propel Health is taking part in this event.  With the aging of baby boomers, the 65 and over population is growing by leaps and bounds.  This topic is relevant for our solution and how it can help!

From POLITICOLIVE – POLITICO’s Aging in America is presented by The John A. Hartford Foundation.
Join POLITICO’s live event convening experts and leading voices in the health care field for a conversation on aging in America and how to make Medicare, Medicaid and the delivery system for health care and long-term services more responsive to older patients with complex needs. The U.S. has marked a profound demographic shift as every day 10,000 baby boomers turn 65. In addition, the population of age 85 and older is growing exponentially. Yet health care policy and practice haven’t necessarily caught up to the challenges that older patients face.
